Yes! We specialize in custom items. Please send photos of the elements you would like to see on your dress. Note: We are an online business. Therefore, if you are ordering a made to measure item, we will make this to within 0.5" each side of bust, waist and hips (unless free size), as this allows the customer close enough fitting to make final fitting much easier. Due to the online nature of my shop, we do not offer final fittings. These should be done locally when you are actually standing in front of the seamstress doing your alterations.
We have a standard size chart that also lists US, UK and EU sizes as well. Please ask for the chart and I will send it to you!

We take considerable care to wrap your package for shipping. Regardless of size, we always ship in boxes to ensure your item does not get accidentally crushed while in transit. Please keep in mind, we are offering our items at very low prices. This means sturdy but no frills packaging.

Dresses made to within 1" of measurements are considered within specification. Final fittings are the customers responsibility and our low prices reflect this. We build dresses, we don't alter dresses. If for some reason your dress is not within specifications, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
My items are crafted by hand with a great deal of pride and effort. Our dresses are all made to order (except samples, which are already built) and not off the shelf. Essentially, this means it was personalised for you. We do not accept returns except when the item does not meet specification. We gladly do one time exchanges for items of equal or greater value. The following restrictions apply; Custom made, custom size or on sale items are final sale. In an exchange, customer pays difference and is responsible for all shipping to/from as well as any customs,duty or import fees.
In the extremely unlikely event a customer is so dissatisfied with their purchase that a settlement offer is made, the customer has 7 days to accept or reject it before the offer is retracted and becomes void.
Customers have several shipping options available to them to choose from. Standard shipping does not have a tracking number nor insurance. If a package is lost, there is absolutely no way to track it. We are not responsible for replacing uninsured lost packages. Tracked Package, Expedited Parcel and ExpressPost all have $100 CAD insurance and Tracking numbers. More insurance, to a maximum of $1000 CAD can be purchased for Expedited Or Expressed packages only. If an insured package is lost, please reach out to us and we will assist with a claim. Please allow several weeks for any claim deemed eligible by Canada Post to be paid out.
No. Absolutely not. Even if you are a local customer. Etsy has strict policies on this issue. Please do not ask us to circumvent Etsy platform. It is there for your protection, as well as ours.
Items are put on clearance for a variety of reasons. These reasons can be but are not limited to; worn for photoshoot, out of style, discontinued, slight damage or defect, slightly dirty. Though we make every effort to accurately disclose in our listings, its the buyers responsibility to inquire about condition of the item. Clearance items are final sale. No exchanges/no returns.
